First please make sure you have the latest firmware for your receiver. You can find the latest firmware and instructions for updating it at the bottom of the page for your product on our website.
Check your firmware by going to Menu/System Configuration/Version
Please check your signal strength and quality by double clicking the INFO button on your remote while on the channels below.
Signal    A signal strength of less than 80% and/or signal quality of less than 90% often indicates a problem with your dish or antenna.
