The government has announced it will spend $6.3 million to support the extension of the Freeview|HD® network from 75 percent to 87 percent rolling it out to Wairarapa, Taupo, Whangarei, Taranaki, Nelson, Gisborne, Rotorua, Wanganui, Timaru and Invercargill by the end of 2011. More detailed plans will be available here on our website as they become avaliable.
