Freeview has decided to give exclusive promotion via their contact centre to one nationwide installer group. Freeview will be promoting Clearvision Communications’ services exclusively through the Freeview contact centre for a period of 12 months as an approved installation company. However other installers can still be listed on the Freeview website. They just won't be recommended directly by the call centre.
Freeview will continue to offer a free directory service on the Freeview website for regional installers. Use of the Freeview logo and trademarks is restricted to those who have signed an accreditation agreement with Freeview Limited.
Freeview are open to applications for Freeview accreditation of set up and installation services and are happy to engage with installers who meet the minimum requirements. Contact Freeview via their website for more information.
