If you have just purchased a new or used Topfield, MagicTV or DishTV product, please register your product below to assist with warranty and product updates.

Warranty:

All of our products come with a 12 month warranty. Topfield offers a 24 month factory warranty. This means that they will warranty a Topfield product up to 24 months after it landed in New Zealand at our warehouse, from their factory. So if you have a Topfield product that is just outside of the 12 month warranty offered by the store you purchased it from, contact us as the factory warranty may still enable you to have it repaired at no charge.

If your product is under warranty, repair or replacement of the item shall be at our discretion. We can not cover under warranty any item that has been mishandled, returned inadequately packed and/or otherwise interfered with by unauthorised personnel. The removal of any serial numbers, factory seals and/or warranty stickers will void warranty. We can not repair under warranty damage caused by operation outside of designed working and storage environments, power surges, fluctuations and interferences, and other peripheral devices.

If your product is outside of warranty, or you can not produce proof of purchase that gives the date of purchase, we will contact you with a quote before repairing your product. While we can not keep parts for all older products, we do try to keep a good stock of parts at our warehouse so that even if your product is several years old, we endeavor to keep providing good after market support.

While you can return your product to the store you purchased it from for warranty purposes, you do not need to return your products to the retailer for warranty. If you follow the steps below, our trained technicians will assist you directly.

STEP 3:

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone, our service technician will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation number) and can email you an RMA form for you to fill in if needed.

If your return is under warranty please note that you must include a copy your original sales receipt. We cannot process any warranty claims without a copy of your original sales receipt that shows the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover any damage you may have caused or damage caused by operation outside of designed working and storage environments, power surges, fluctuations and interferences, and other peripheral devices.

If your return is due to non-warranty reasons (such as you have altered the settings on your receiver), you do not need to supply a copy of your sales receipt. Please note we will charge you for fixing non-warranty problems and we will charge you for return freight. This will all be discussed with you on the phone when you call us in Step 2.

NOTE: A minimum of $45 +gst Inspection Fee will be applied if returned goods are found not to be faulty, (Technicians time will be charged at $50 +gst per hour).

STEP 4:

Package up your product in it’s original packaging, complete with user manuals, remote controls etc. Include the RMA form (and a copy of your original sales receipt if returning under warranty). Make sure the packaging is secure.

STEP 5:

Send it off to us and we will sort it for you. We suggest you have courier insurance on the product before dispatching it.
