What is a Refurbished Product?

At times we have sample products, display products, damaged in transit items, or end-of-line stock that we want to make available for a better price.

Our Process:
Our technical support team tests every product, ensures all cables and booklets are included, and replaces any necessary parts before they are listed.
What condition is it in?

We only sell these products if they are in "like new" condition. In most situations, they look totally brand new; they simply cannot be sold as such because they were used as samples or display units.

At most, there may be slight damage to the cardboard carton or a minor mark on the unit case (not on the front panel).
Warranty Coverage

We offer the same 12-month warranty on our refurbished products as we do on brand new ones. You get total peace of mind at a lower cost.

If you only like brand new products, buy brand new. But if you aren't worried about a small mark on the back of a unit in exchange for saving money, buy refurbished. You get the same performance and warranty for less.
